I am pleeding to the good nature of human kind. I am a hard working American male who made some bad decisions financially and is now looking for help. I have never been in trouble with the law, I have never used drugs or even smoked. I don't drink, and never have. I am a giver, who's trusting of people in the past has led me to be about $12,000 in debt to credit cards. For the past 2 years I have been making payments to a company that was going to help me eliminate these debts. I've paid this company over $5000 so far, only to still have all of the debt hanging over my head, and now a threat of legal action as one credit card has filed suit. I can't afford to pay anything more than what I do right now. I moved to California after spending most of my life in upstate NY, and needless to say the cost of living is remarkably different. I am living in a converted garage, and I am making $50,000 per year. I pay all the rest of my bills on time, and have never been late paying this Debt Settlement Company. For the past year I have been dating a wonderful woman, and hope to make her my wife someday, but these lingering debts are threatening future happiness. We are both God fearing and loving individuals. I am hoping that enough people will have compasion for a fellow human being, and help restore my faith in people. All I am asking is for $1 from as many people as possible. I know there are people more needy, but I am at out of ideas, and out of money. Hello and great that you have a wonderful relationship with one person. That is something that we all have as time progresses.

As for your debt problem, don't let it run your life. You can break into it. Questions, Have you told your debt company about what is going on? Why are they not helping you out?

Remember, that depending on the state you live. If you look at the letter, does it look like a template? or is it a real legal company? Does it have 800 number on the letter or is it a real phone number? Does the address look legiate? I ask people these question because it takes a collection company $2,000.00 to do a legal file on a collection. Now do you think they are going to spend that much money on something little? What kind of documents do you have of the problem? Are you telling the collecting company, to send you proof of the debt? By law they have to do so.
